Return Period

B&T Shears accepts eligible returns within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. To qualify, the

return request must be made within the 30-day period.

Condition of Returned Shears

Shears must be returned in clean, unused or resaleable condition, with all original packaging and accessories

included when applicable. Items that have been damaged, altered, modified, or improperly maintained may

not qualify for a return.

How to Return Your Shears

Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned shears to help prevent damage during transit. All

return shipments must include insurance for the full original purchase price and a valid tracking

number.

Please retain your shipping receipt and tracking information until B&T Shears confirms receipt of the return.

B&T Shears is not responsible for returned merchandise that is lost or damaged in transit when the customer

does not purchase appropriate insurance and tracking.

Return Shipping

Unless otherwise agreed in writing by B&T Shears, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs,

including required insurance and tracking.

Refunds

Once the returned shears are received and inspected, B&T Shears will process an approved refund to the

original method of payment. Refunds are limited to the amount originally paid for the returned merchandise,

unless otherwise required by law.

Important

Returns that arrive after the 30-day return period, are not securely packaged, or do not include insurance for

the full purchase price and tracking may be denied or may require additional review.
